Order Online

Ordering online is the most dynamic way to order checks. Browse hundreds of designs, get a preview of your checks and, best of all, take advantage of any discounts, special offers or pricing that your financial institution may be offering!

To order checks and accessories online, just follow these steps:

  1. Open the login page
    • From any page, click the “login” button in the top right corner.
    • From the home page: Click "Order Checks" or "Order Accessories" ("Order Accessories" is available if you do not need to order checks but would like to order accessories.)
  2. Log in using either.
    • Your unique Order ID (found on the reorder slip that comes with your checks) and your next starting check number.
    • Your financial institution's Routing & Transit number, your account number and your next starting check number.

      Your next starting check number is printed on your reorder form. If you do not have your reorder form, add "1" to your last check number to calculate your next starting check number. This is the number that will appear on the first check of your new order.

  3. Select the check designs, enhancements, and accessories that catch your eye.
  4. Click the "Place Your Order" button when you have finished making selections, then click "Place Your Order" to complete your order.

Order over the phone

Use our automated phone system to reorder or order directly from Customer Service.

Tip: Want your phone order to go a little faster? Before calling, browse our online catalog and write down the Product ID codes or product names of the items you'd like to purchase.

To reorder your checks by phone

  1. Dial 877.585.8777
  2. Select your language option (English or Spanish)
  3. Select the reorder option
  4. Log in using either.
    • Your Order ID (found on the reorder slip that comes with your checks)
    • Your financial institution's Routing & Transit number and your account number
  5. Follow the instructions to reorder the same design, select one of our most popular designs, or speak with a customer service representative that can help you select a design that reflects your personal style or interests.

Note: You may press 0 at any time to speak to a Customer Service representative.

Order through the mail

Every check order comes with a handy reorder form that makes reordering checks quick and convenient. Just fill it out and mail it to the address shown on the form.

You can even order a different check style or accessory by writing in the Product ID codes where indicated. To view all the checks designs and accessories we offer and find their Product ID codes, browse our online catalog.

Order from your financial institution

If your financial institution partners with Harland Clarke as their check printer, they are always available to place your order for you. Just browse our catalog and write down the Product ID codes or product names that you'd like to order. Then, visit your financial institution and they will be happy to place your order.
